• Where is the store based?

  Copenhagen, Denmark

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! I ship worldwide!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders are dispatched between 2-5 business days.

  Shipping time worldwide will vary from country to country and depend on your local courier.

  However, once the order is dispatched the estimated arrival time for Europe is 1-3 weeks, and everywhere else 1-5 weeks.

  Please note that this is an estimate and does not take into consideration any delays due to customs.

• Can I buy a print of an illustration I've seen on your social media that isn't listed here?

  You are always more than welcome to contact me on here, or on any social media and I'll see what I can do. :)

• How is my order packed?

  All prints will come in a clear sleeve with protective packing, and shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope.

• Can I track my order?

  At this moment I'm not able to provide Track & Trace when shipping orders, as my business is still small, and the costs would be too big.

• How much is shipping?

  You can always check and edit your shopping cart, and see your estimated shipping price.

  Shipping is based on where you are located as well as the size and the amount of items in your cart.

• Do I need to join Storenvy and make an account to buy?

  No, you don't have to make an account to buy from storenvy.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
